  • Only 3-day tickets are available and there are no single-day tickets.

  • A ticket is only valid for one person. The tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the entrance gate.

  • You must present a government-issued photo ID at the entrance.

  • Anyone under 20 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Children under secondary school are free of charge.

  • A camping ticket is required for each tent. Please purchase in advance.

  • If you would like to use a tarp or parasol next to your tent, you will need a tent ticket for that space too.

  • Please put a tent ticket in a conspicuous place of your tent or tarp.

  • We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged wristbands and will not re-issue. You must keep safe of the wristbands and please do not take it off during the festival.

  • The tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled once it’s purchased.

  • There will be no refund in case of cancellation due to artist cancellation, change, emergency, and unfortunate weather.

    *In consideration for the neighbouring communities, your are not allowed to take your car in/out of the car park outside the service hours listed above.
    *You can take your car in/out of the car park during the specified lot hours listed (free re-entry).

  • A parking ticket will be required for each car. If you are planning to come by cars please purchase the parking tickets beforehand.

  • Please come to the venue during the opening hours of the parking. If you come earlier and wait in a car on the road, it may cause a traffic jam and bother neighbors and surrounding facilities.

  • You must park your cars in the designated parking areas.

  • Please write your name and mobile number in the parking permit, and place on the dashboard.

  • Vans and buses that are over 6m cannot be parked.

  • Parking fee for a motorcycle is ¥1,000. No tickets are required. Please pay at the entrance gate.

  • Lodging or sleeping in the parking area with camping cars are not permitted.

  • You can take your car in/out of the car park during the specified lot hours listed, but you will be charged ¥1,000 for re-entry each time. Please pay fee at the gate of the car park.

  • Parking tickets will be exchanged with the parking permits at the entrance. Please do not lose your parking permissions, otherwise it will be invalid. Please put them in a conspicuous place in your car.

  • You cannot park your car after the event finishes on May 1st. Please make sure to leave your car by 21:00pm.

  • We are not responsible for any accidents and/or theft that occurred in the parking area.

  • Please follow the instructions of the parking staff and park your car accordingly.

Using Tent
  • A camping ticket is required for each tent.

  • A tent space is 4m×3.5m per tent ticket. Please pitch your tent within this square. There will be enough space for all ticket holders, but please keep in mind that the space is first come first serve.

  • Keeping the spot for the tent for others is strictly prohibited.

  • No tents are allowed outside of the designated areas. We will ask you to move your tent if you build it outside the designated area.

  • No vehicles are allowed in the camp site. Please hand-carry your luggages.

  • No direct fire on the ground, please use gas type barbecue grills. No charcoal grills are permitted.

  • The whole venue is not regularly for camping. Please be careful with the use of pegs, grills and camp fire and do not ruin the grounds. We appreciate your cooperation for the continuous use of the venue for RDC.

  • Please do not play loud sounds or music with speakers in the tent site areas.

  • Many people would go to sleep at night, so please keep good manners and environment. Thanks for your cooperation.

  • Please take your own tents, sheets and chairs etc home with you.

  • You cannot camp at the venue after the event finishes on 1st May. Please leave the camp site by 21:00.

  • Only outside campsite (baseball field) is available if you arrive after 21:00 for safetey reasons.

Things not allowed on site
  • No alcoholic beverages/glass bottles/cans, drones, musical instruments, umbrellas, fireworks and other explosives,dangerous goods, and anything that are prohibited by the law are permitted. They will be confiscated and disposed, or handed over to the police once we have spotted them.

Event cautions
  • An unauthorised visitor will be given over to the police for any reason.

  • Music will stop after midnight. Please enjoy camping quietly.

  • Please smoke in the smoking areas or carry around your ashtrays.

  • Plastics, cans and combustible trash must be separated and can be disposed at the trash station. We would appreciate your help by bringing them home. Thank you.

  • Please refrain from bringing younger children to the dance floor after 21:00.

  • We would strongly recommend younger children to wear earmuffs for hearing protection. If you don't have one, please consider not taking them on the dance floor.

  • Pets are allowed inside, but please refrain from bringing them to the dance floor. You must leash your pet all the time and be responsible for anything that your pet might do, and prevent troubles.

  • Due to the increasing number of troubles between pets, entry might be denied if there is a risk of causing troubles to other attendants. We are not responsible for any trouble.

  • Please refrain from keeping the chairs and space on the dance floor as it may bother others.

  • All belongings should be managed individually.

  • Any items that could bother others and/or hurt yourself/others are strictly prohibited.

  • The venue is surrounded by nature. Please do not harm them.

  • No parking around the venue and sleeping outside. Please keep quiet in the early morning and midnight.

  • Those who don't follow rules or staff instruction may be asked to leave the festival forcibly and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Please be careful with excessive alcohol use. If someone is too drunk, we may ask the person to leave the site.

  • The organisers, the venue, and the artists are not responsible for any troubles of any case occurred in and outside of the venue during the festival.

  • The festival is held during the day for long hours. Please prepare for severe climate change and weather. Frequent intake of water is necessary and be careful of heat stroke.

  • Please note we will be filming the event and there is a chance that you will be in the footage. We will try our best not to bother you while you are having fun.

  • Rainbow Disco Club is a festival which the staffs and the attendants get together and create as one. Attendants must be responsible of themselves, their children, and pets. Thank you.

Entry is not allowed if you have below symptoms/cases
  • Fever, sore-throat, chills, fatigue, cough, diarrhea, taste/smell disorder.

  • If you had a close contact with people who tested positive with Covid-19.

  • Those who suspect that a family member or close acquaintance has been infected.

  • Those who have travelled from a country where the government has imposed entry restriction or required a self-quarantine within the past 14 days, or had a close contact with a resident of these countries.

If you get sick at the festival
  • Please take good care of yourself and go home and rest.
